About Us We also have narrowed our focus. We handle injury cases and DWIs. Whether it is nursing home abuse, worker's compensation, auto collision, medical malpractice, trucking or motorcycle incident, they are all injury cases. Over the last fifteen years ninety percent or more of our energy has been invested in these cases. Focusing on injuries on a daily basis gives us a greater understanding of medicine that we then apply to these cases. Our in-house nurse is also an invaluable asset and a key component to our handling our injured clients with an unmatched level of competence. Our interest in DWIs came after having handled numerous criminal cases and watching the government erode away the rights guaranteed under the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 14th Amendments to United Sates Constitution. While the attack has been in many different and various areas of the law nowhere has it been more blatant and devastating in its application than in Driving While Impaired Cases. We made a great effort to become the most knowledgeable in the law and science of this unique area and make it our job to protect the rights that are under attack. While we do not condone drinking and driving, it is critical that our rights: being considered innocent until proven guilty, to equal protection under the law, not to be unreasonably searched and seized and not be forced to self incriminate outweigh any personal views about impaired driving. Benjamin Franklin said “Those who would give up essential freedoms for security, deserve neither freedom nor security.” If you have a legal issue that you think we might be able to help you with we hope you call or email us. We have handled cases throughout the United States and we would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you. Please feel free to use this website and share any thoughts you have through the contact us page. Our Bio's
